We're excited to have you as part of one of the Serving Teams for our Kingdom Advance Conference in March this year. Listed below are the Serving Team options and times that are available. We look forward to seeing all that God is going to do during this weekend!!!

We will be providing snacks for people to purchase before sessions and during break times at the conference. Your role will mainly focus on arranging and restocking different snack foods during the conference.

Providing meals (mainly dinners) for Conference Speakers to be reheated at their accommodation. 

Providing platters and lunch options for Speakers and Conference Team members between conference session.

Doxa Cafe will be open before sessions and during break times for the entire conference. This role includes taking payments for coffees and snacks and making drinks for people. Experience in coffee making would be helpful if you hope to be on the coffee machine.

From start to finish, our heart is that people would feel welcomed and connected the moment they enter our property. The car parking team helps to direct people to a parking spot, but also is the first smiling face they see and can help people to find their way to the Gathering Space. We need at least two adults available to help park cars before each conference session. 

The Cleaning Team will be responsible for cleaning the bathrooms, emptying bins and restocking items in bathrooms throughout the conference.

Tech Team oversees all the audio, vision/lyrics, photography, filming and production.

Providing practical support for Operations leader. Printing, setting up areas, restocking items and other general duties as required.
